What helped you decide which community to build in?
Location! Location! Location!
What is your favorite part of living in your new community?
The pool! We had lived in another AVB condo community that didn’t have a pool.
What is your favorite thing about your new home?
All the windows that allow for daylight to come in.
What was your favorite part of the home building process?
Working with [our new home consultant] to customize the selected floor plan.
If you were to build again, would you build with AVB? Would you build in the same community?
Yes. This is our third AVB home.
Why did you select AVB?
We’ve had great experiences before building and buying in an AVB community.
Why did you decide to move from your previous home?
It was either build/move or remodel our previous condo. Building is so much more fun!
