What was your favorite part of the home building process?
We loved watching the progress of our condo and meeting with the construction manager for updates. Selecting the finishes was a lot of fun, we really enjoyed the AVB team!
What is your favorite part of living in your new community?
We have a great group of neighbors, and we are enjoying the minimal outdoor maintenance of condo living.
What is your favorite thing about your new home?
The layout and use of space is perfect for the two of us. We use all of our rooms, there is not wasted square footage.
If you were to build again, would you build with AVB? Would you build in the same community?
We would certainly build with AVB and we can’t imagine living in another community.
Why did you select AVB?
AVB has a good reputation in the Kalamazoo area and we looked at several models and could see the quality workmanship.
To ensure a successful building process, what steps would you recommend someone to take who is planning a new home with AVB?
Stay engaged, visit the site, be proactive, know your plans.
