We are beyond excited that our new Design Studio is nearly complete! We truly feel that this is going to make the building experience more fun for our clients with our state of the art center, conference rooms, and more. Read on to see what this great space has in store!

The new Design Studio is organized with spaces designated for specific selections samples. The map below gives a snapshot of locations. The design is strategic to make it simple and fun for clients to view samples while creating their home.

Other than the great display, the following features of this newly renovated space include:

The office space for our selections coordinators. This makes it easy for them to collaborate and it’s simple for them to keep up on samples and gives easy access to their client meetings.
Great natural light that is found throughout the entire space allows clients to see colors in the natural lighting versus a dark room.
The conference rooms are designed to create a clean atmosphere for clients and our selections coordinators to design homes.
Individual selections drawers for each client makes it so all client home selections are in one place and organized from meeting to meeting.
The north and south studios holding the samples is large enough to host a few clients at a time with the conference room prepped for their personal meeting with their selections coordinator.

We will be hosting open houses in this space for you to come and get ideas for your new home!
