The City of Portage Breaks Ground on the New Portage Community Senior Center
The City of Portage, the Portage Senior Center, Byce & Associates, and AVB, all came together to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Charles & Lynn Zhang Portage Community Senior Center. Announcing Phase II of the Enclave
We are excited to be taking reservations in phase II of our townhome community, the Enclave! You can reserve your favorite home site and select from five floor plans with options for a main floor owner's suite, two or three bedrooms, and stylish features that meet your needs. The new phase offers both patio and garden level sites with wooded views. The association includes access to the bathhouse and pool, as well as snow removal from all drives, landscape and exterior building maintenance, trash and recycling, and more. The Laurels of Bedford Cuts the Ribbon and Opens Their New Addition

Mattawan Schools Start the Fall Semester Strong with a New Athletic Team Building
We are proud to congratulate Mattawan Consolidated Schools on the grand opening of their new athletic teams building, which features a "home" and an "away" locker room, as well as a separate referee locker room, public restrooms, and a new concessions stand. We are happy to have been their construction partner on this project.
Team AVB Celebrates Summer at Turning Stone's Park
Our team was able to social distance outside and enjoy the new Turning Stone community park! This fun amenity features a half basketball court, two pickleball courts, cornhole, manicured sports field, firepit, log tangle, a swing set, and more.
