400 Rose is Certified LEED Gold
We're proud to announce 400 Rose Apartments has achieved LEED Gold certification! It's the first mixed-use apartment development in Kalamazoo County to reach that level of recognition for its commitment to sustainable building practices. This certification was achieved by implementing practical strategies and measurable solutions in areas such as sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. One of the most visible aspects of 400 Rose’s sustainable design is the native plants and green-vegetative roofs on the private garages and rooftop lounge.
