We recently completed a bank buildout on the fifth floor of 650 Trade Centre Way in Portage, Michigan. This buildout was a 7-month renovation, transforming 21,000 square feet of raw, unfinished shell space—with bare concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and open framing—into a modern and functional office environment. Spaces within the office include conference rooms, lounge areas, open office space with a kitchenette, and more.
The team was able to meet the strict deadline and schedule work around the needs of the occupied offices below, which required careful coordination.
The team also completed the city of Buchanan's new DPW building last month, marking the end of a much-needed project that delivers a significant upgrade for the city and provides a modern facility to better serve the community's needs. Constructed with pre-engineered metal, the building is designed to house the city’s large equipment and vehicles efficiently. In addition to spacious offices, it includes ample storage to accommodate a wide range of operational needs. This facility not only streamlines daily operations but also positions Buchanan’s Department of Public Works for long-term growth and success.
This year, we had the privilege of celebrating Veterans Day at the Air Zoo for the second year in a row. Our team volunteered at the annual Veterans Day Breakfast to show our gratitude for the incredible sacrifices made by those who have served our country. It was a small way to give back to those who have given so much. To all veterans, we thank you for your service, courage, and dedication—you are deeply appreciated.
We are actively searching for a new "Custom Home" Estimator, and a "Custom Home" Project Manager, who share our passion, niche, and core values.
We offer a vibrant company culture, competitive pay, and the best team players in town!
Thank you for your help spreading the word to your network and community!
