Breaking Ground on a New Neighborhood in Portage
We celebrated the groundbreaking of Wild Plum, the new single-family neighborhood in the City of Portage! Wild Plum is a rolling 42-acre parcel bordered by the Gourdneck State Game Area to the south. This neighborhood is planned for 78 homesites ranging in size from one-third to half an acre. This development will feature acres of open space that includes a neighborhood park and walking trails. In addition, residents will have private access to the Gourdneck State Game Area and are a short walk to both Shrier Park and Eliason Nature Preserve that link into the 55 miles of Portage trailway system.
We’re still finalizing the details of the homesite, such as exact dimensions and pricing. We anticipate having this information completed with sites available for purchase by Fall 2023. Click here to join our Wild Plum interest list!
Breaking Down Walls at WMU
We helped the Women's Basketball team at Western Michigan University break down the brick walls of their old locker room to make way for a new, state-of-the-art, locker room! This new renovation will provide our championship women's team with a personalized space focused on nutrition, teamwork, and holistic wellness. Learn more about this project by clicking here.

Luxury Living in Texas Township

Focus Group with Students from Mattawan Consolidated Schools
Mattawan Consolidated School’s newsletter, Cub Connection, featured a photo of our team participating in one of several internal bond focus group meetings with middle school staff, students, administration, and representatives from TowerPinkster. The feedback was considered and very insightful. The students did an excellent job!
Volunteer Fire Department Occupies New Station
100% Volunteer Paw Paw Fire Department has officially moved into their new Fire Station! It has been such a pleasure working for such a passionate, community-driven team at PPFD.
