Only a handful of the smart women of AVB are pictured above. We are so proud to celebrate the amazing women on our team (& all of the wonderful women in the construction industry) during Women's History Month & all year round. Our controller has both been with AVB since the beginning (1981), and since then, we have continued to grow our team of women. You will find these women in positions such as senior interior designer, commercial construction interns, field superintendents, senior project engineers, selection coordinators, director of sales, marketing coordinators, accountants and more!
