Peerless Grand Opening

In July we celebrated the opening of Peerless, Downtown Grand Haven apartment homes, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Members of the community and residents joined the celebration as we heard from speakers from the Slagle family and the Chamber. AVB partnered with River Caddis Development and the Slagle family to turn 4.6 acres of underdeveloped land into three apartment buildings- 124 units in all.

Buchanan Breaks Ground on DPW Building

AVB and the City of Buchanan broke ground on the city's new Department of Public Works building. City workers and representatives from AVB and The Barton group all joined together to celebrate the beginning of this exciting project. This building will house equipment, vehicles, and offices for the city's public works and water departments. Design Corner: Powder Rooms

Monroe-Brown Wrap-Up Presentations

Last month we celebrated our Monroe-Brown interns, Liz and Diego, as they gave their final presentations on the work they have accomplished at AVB this summer. The Monroe-Brown Foundation, established in 1986, sets out to promote higher education for Southwest Michigan students. Liz is our Commercial Marketing intern and presented her efforts with digital marketing.
