Tall Timbers at Greenspire in Portage features the town's first underground parking garage, offering 147 convenient spaces that enhance both functionality and property aesthetics.
In downtown Kalamazoo, 400 Rose Apartments addresses the city's parking challenges with a well-designed, single-level underground garage accommodating 77 vehicles. This addition provides residents with secure, weather-protected parking right at their doorstep.
Both projects utilize a hybrid of cast-in-place and precast concrete construction. At 400 Rose, the underground parking structure and first-level podium are precast, supporting beautifully crafted stick-framed units above. This combination ensures structural integrity, efficiency, and quality.
These developments reflect modern, thoughtfully designed living spaces that prioritize convenience and community needs.

Project Spotlight: River's Edge Apartments
If you've driven through Downtown Kalamazoo lately, you may have noticed some exciting progress on Harrison Street. Our team is hard at work on the construction of River's Edge, a two-building apartment complex that will bring 228 much-needed affordable housing units and retail space to the heart of Kalamazoo.
Winter weather can be tough on construction, but our team is staying ahead of the challenges. To keep work moving, our crew has installed ground heaters and used snow blowers to clear the site, ensuring the best conditions for pouring concrete.
