At the end of 2022, we launched seven brand-new condominium floorplans! Three in our popular Village Series (named after local lakes) and four in our luxury Designer Series (named after coniferous trees). Based on client feedback, market research, and aesthetic design preference, these seven new floorplans are ready to launch our residential team into a successful year! Even better, each of these new floorplans not only can be built in all of our condominium communities but can be built on your own land as stand-alone, completely customizable, single-family homes!
Reach out to our marketing coordinator to get all the details about working with us to build your dream home in one of our new floorplans!
We are excited to be named a Best and Brightest Company to Work for in the Nation® for the fifth consecutive year. This year, the National Association for Business Resources has honored 450 winning Best and Brightest Companies from across the country from a pool of 3,500 nominations.
“These 2022 winning organizations have stood out during unpredictable times and have proven they are an employer of choice. In addition, these winning companies offer a fantastic work culture and workplace environment that attracts and retains superior employees”, said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.
Our talent-based team has been curated using a thorough selection and evaluation process based on our five core values: Be Client Focused, Be a Team Player, Do the Right Thing, Have a Positive Attitude, and Be Proud of What You Do. Our core values lead our daily approach to business.
“We are all driven by our core value to ‘Be a Team Player’ and ‘Have a Positive Attitude’; rallying together to make sure work projects continue to be a success and to check-in, motivate, and support each other as friends”, said Greg Dobson, Principal and Chief Operating Officer of AVB.
At AVB, there is genuine comradery amongst the team. We continue to interact with each other, as friends, helpers, and collaborators; across all three divisions (commercial construction, residential construction, and development). It is our positive, friendly, team culture that we believe makes AVB a Best and Brightest Company to Work For.
