AVB’s Culture of Caring

A message from our leadership team

As it relates to COVID-19 and dealing with the variety of requirements, opinions and feelings, our goal at AVB is to create a Culture of Caring. What we know is that we want people to feel safe working for and with AVB; at our offices, on our job sites, and we want our clients to feel safe. By continuing our focus on caring for other people, and their feelings and concerns, we can continue to prosper as a business, remain true to our Core Values, and be an instrumental part in reviving our local economy.

If you have any questions regarding AVB's response to the COVID-19 outbreak, please feel free to contact us at (269)323-2022

Team AVB Joins Ascension Borgess Run Virtually

2020 has been a year full of creative problem solving and new experiences to say the least. The Borgess Run for the Health of It! was no exception, for the first time in the event's 40+ years of history, it was conducted 100% virtually! Running or walking in this event is tough enough with the support of thousands of other runners and walkers with you, but this year’s participants had to complete their races alone, on their own time, and their own course. As a founding sponsor, it was team AVB’s 40th consecutive year of participation and support, with over 100 AVB team and family members signed up to complete this year’s challenging race. We are very proud of the achievements of all who participated in this important community event, which proved just how dedicated, motivated, and supportive our community is!
