AVB hires David Innes as Project Engineer

AVB hires David Innes as Project Engineer AVB recently hired David Innesas a Project Engineer. His role at AVB includes material take offs, RFI’s, and updating project site drawings, documentation and submittals. A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE), Innes recently completed his senior year at Western Michigan University receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering. He has previous construction experience with CND Construction, and also enjoys building and restoring homes in his free time. Innes worked with AVB as a Construction Intern and now transitions into his role as Project Engineer coordinating drawings, project communications and estimates. 

Building southwest Michigan since 1981, AVB’s commercial division focuses on construction management in the healthcare, education, office andretail markets. AVB’s custom residential building division specializes in single-family homes, condominiums and neighborhoods. AVB’s development group focuses on property development for commercial, residential, and mixed uses.
