We are grateful for our talented, hardworking, and overall awesome team and want to shine a spotlight on each of them. We are thrilled for you to meet Scott, Residential Project Manager. He is the eyes, ears and scheduling coordinator for everything - from excavation to literally handing over the keys to the new home!
Scott started working in residential construction when he was 17. He has been with AVB for a total of 23 years, and a Project manager for 8 years. Prior to that he was the lead framer for the custom home side for 15 years and had the perfect framing crew who still currently work for AVB.
Scott’s fierce passion and knowledge of construction and building have come from his hands-on work and experience. He started young watching others, through trial and error, and doing side jobs for a master carpenter. In fact, he built, remodeled, and sold a total of 11 homes for members of his family.
With a drive for client satisfaction, Scott focuses on building each home as if it were his own. If he is the one managing your future home, possibly your forever home, he believes everything that goes into it should be exactly what he would expect and perform in his own home. The core values of “doing the right thing” and “building something better” has been his motto since he was a teenager. “If I see something in the building process that could be changed or adjusted, I will make a field decision and do what I would do if it were my home knowing that it will benefit you in the future.”
