We’ve built in the Greater Kalamazoo area for nearly 40 years, and we have created a multitude of mudrooms with unique designs perfect for our clients’ needs. Some of the common features include the following:

Bench(es): these are perfect for coming in, sitting down and slipping your shoes off. Stain, paint, or be creative with the design you choose! Customize this to fit your style and functionality needs.

Hooks: place these on the wall, have a beadboard backing, shiplap surround, or whatever suits your fancy! Select large hooks that work great for backpacks or heavy coats. Add smaller hooks so that you never lose your keys again.

Drop zone: sometimes, you need a place to drop your purse and the mail. We can build a little cabinet with a countertop, add a charging station for your phone, and you avoid cluttering up your kitchen counter.

Cubbies/lockers: each kid and each parent can have their own space! Keep these open or add doors to meet your preferred aesthetic. These are great for keeping the space tidy and they make it easier to get ready in the morning when you know your items are in your cubby!

Walk-in closet: let’s be real, we have many seasons which require many different coats. Add a walk-in closet with a pocket door and close off the storage area for your off-season clothing.
