We make the process simple! The home is listed based on interior selections made by our AVB design team. You may choose those selections or use it as a starting point for custom and/or upgraded finishes. You will have a dedicated selections coordinator to help you through all the choices and access to see and feel your samples in our AVB Design Studio.
