Working with the design team to personally select features to customize my new home.

What is your favorite part of living in your new community?
Since I can’t enjoy all the amenities right now due to Covid restrictions, I am enjoying all the nature on my scenic walks.
What is your favorite thing about your new home?
No more worries about lawn care and other exterior maintenance.
If you were to build again, would you build with AVB? Would you build in the same community?
Yes, I love being near campus and close to downtown.
Why did you decide to move from your previous home?
Too much upkeep! In planning for the future, I wanted a ranch that could be accessible if needed in the future.
Why did you select AVB?
I have a good friend who works for AVB. I trusted her recommendation and was impressed by [the new home consultant], who was patient and thorough in helping us make our decision to build.
