What is your favorite thing about your new home?
The view of the trees and the wildlife.
*Walden Woods has gorgeous views throughout the community! You’ll love this community if you like privacy with the convenience of city living.
Why did you decide to move from your previous home?
This is a second home. We didn’t want to spend our summers in Toronto anymore.
What was your favorite part of the home building process?
Selecting all the stuff for our condo.
*The selections process is where you sit down with your selections coordinator and pick all of the colors and finishes for your flooring, cabinets, counters, and more!
What helped you decide which community to build in?
The view of the trees.
*When deciding on the best community for you, it’s important to consider the community location, as well as the views from the site and the direction it faces.
What is your favorite part of living in your new community?
I love the walking trails nearby.
*Most of our condo and single family communities have walking or all sports trails within the community!
If you were to build again, would you build with AVB? Would you build in the same community?
Yes. Probably, but we liked Whisper Rock, too.
Why did you select AVB?
They were the only ones with condos that fit our criteria.
