Woodbridge Hills

One of the preeminent mixed-use developments in west Michigan, Woodbridge Hills is an astounding 620 acre development that includes our AVB office as well as single and multi-family homes, condos, retail and office space. Almost 1,000 residential units along with various retail facilities surround an 18-hole private golf course designed by Arthur Hills. The course opened in 1981 with a ceremony that included golf legend Chi Chi Rodriguez. Woodbridge Hills was designed with a focus on cohesiveness between natural and architectural elements. As such, architectural standards remain high to this day and a fully functioning Architectural Review Committee reviews all aspects of landscape plans, architectural changes, or modifications.
