Located in the Western Michigan University Research and Business Park, this 58,000 square foot project was once the premier wet-lab business incubator facility in the Midwest. Know as the Southwest Michigan Innovation Center, the facility was comprised of wet-lab space, meeting rooms, and office space all well equipped with the latest in technology. Now owned by Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, this project has been reimagined to serve as the Medical School’s Parkview Campus.
