This is the sixth Mercantile Bank Branch to be completed in the Kalamazoo region and the second branch in Portage. The 3,880 SF branch includes an open-concept customer service area with teller desks and glass conference rooms. The vaulted ceilings give the space an open, welcoming feel. The interior design also takes cues from the exterior, including stone interior wall details, and pulls the outdoors in with rich wood trim details and larch picture windows.
AVB is proud to have completed this branch on time and on budget. The building exterior includes stone, expansive sections of storefront glass, and metal panels. A drive-thru and ATM are also included in this branch. They are a welcome addition to the City of Portage community.
