AVB is proud to serve as the Construction Manager for the Mattawan Consolidated School District’s Stadium Phase 1A project, a key step in the district’s 2024 bond improvements. This transformative upgrade will modernize the stadium, enhancing the experience for student-athletes and the community.
The project includes the installation of a state-of-the-art turf field, striped for multiple sports, and a new track surface with expanded field event amenities. Additional improvements feature upgraded perimeter fencing for security and aesthetics, new sidewalks and pathways, and home bleacher renovations with expanded seating for the marching band.
With construction beginning in March 2025 and completion set for the first home football game this fall, these enhancements will create a safer, more durable, and accessible environment for athletes, students, and fans. This project is part of a larger effort to improve school facilities, reinforcing Mattawan’s commitment to excellence in athletics and community engagement.
