The Ignertia Building was a Brownfield Development renovating 12,000 square feet of a former metal art center located in downtown Kalamazoo. The creative collaboration resulted in the creation of two offices, an art gallery, two condominiums, and four apartments.

The Ignertia Building is among several businesses that are taking advantage of revitalizing abandoned buildings through Brownfield tax incentives.
