Hidden Hills is a student housing project with 120 units and 420 beds. It features a site that is convenient to campus and has the advantages and complexities of a great deal of topographic changes throughout the site. As such the project was designed and constructed to take advantage of this topography.

Phoenix Properties hired AVB and Design Plus/Progressive to build another state-of-the-art, luxury, student community near Western Michigan University.

Hidden Hills offers students 3- bedroom/3-bath and 4-bedroom/4-bath options for a total of 420 beds, with full kitchens, washers and dryers, dishwashers, internet, and private balconies.

Additionally, this community offers lifestyle amenities, as well, including a swimming pool and spa, full work-out facilities, tanning salon, and business center.
