AVB completed phase VA and VB of Greenspire Apartments in the 2018. Phase 5A added 3 new ground-up buildings and 76 new units. Phase 5B added 5 new ground-up building and 108 new units. Additionally, the final completed Phase V added over 13,000 SF of new garage and parking. Phase 5A and 5B were delivered on-time and under budget and became fully occupied very quickly.
The new apartments featured beautiful wooded and natural views, 9-foot ceiling heights with vaulted ceilings on the third floor, and upgraded granite finishes throughout. The new units also feature unit washers and dryers, large windows to maximize natural light, and large closets. Some units also feature luxury tile and tempered glass showers more commonly found in high-end homes.
