AVB worked closely with Friendship Village to develop the entire concept of the upscale senior, independent living Garden Homes. We worked through site layout and development features, project proforma, budget and price-point analysis, unit design, planning and the identification of tenant option packages, as well as the development and production of sales and leasing packages.

We managed the overall site infrastructure construction including the road and drive, utility installation and finally the construction of the buildings. We have continued to provide warranty and long term service to Friendship Village in support of these buildings since they have opened.
