AVB has extensive multi-family experience for many different sizes of projects. One project is the new Fraternity Village Apartments where we teamed with a developer to build a cost-effective fraternity housing option for a local Western Michigan University fraternity.
The project consists of a two-story, seven-unit apartment building with a common chapter room; all units have four beds and two baths. It is a wood-framed, slab-on-grade, building on a previously developed site.
