Corner Shoppes@Stadium is a shopping center in Kalamazoo, located at the northwest corner of Stadium Drive and Drake Road near U.S. 131. This retail center consists of two buildings that offer up to 20,000 square feet of prime retail and restaurant space.
The AVB team delivered the project on time and on budget. Other current tenants include Trader Joe’s, Crumbl Cookies, MOD Pizza, Olga’s Kitchen, Chow Hound, and Spectrum.
Construction on the 40-acre development, Corner Shoppes@Stadium, began in November 2013. AVB worked in conjunction with multiple transportation authorities to accommodate the reconstruction of adjacent roads and a highway interchange. In total, the project involved coordination with nearly a dozen government entities and consultation with engineers and contractors from across the U.S.
