Corner Shoppes@Drake is a bustling shopping center in Kalamazoo, located on South Drake Road. This shopping center offers up to 38,000 square feet of prime retail space, providing a mix of restaurant, retail, and other businesses.
The AVB team delivered the project on time and on budget. Current tenants include Condado Taco’s, Nonla Burger, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, MI Boba, Orangetheory Fitness, SVS Vision, and Firehouse Subs.
Construction on the 40-acre development, Corner @ Drake, began in November 2013. AVB worked in conjunction with multiple transportation authorities to accommodate the reconstruction of adjacent roads and a highway interchange. In total, the project involved coordination with nearly a dozen government entities and consultation with engineers and contractors from across the U.S.
