Project Brochure

This two story Consumers Credit Union branch located in the Corner@Drake is one of a kind and the first two story branch in Kalamazoo. The main level includes tellers and a customer service area, while the upper level is a mix of private and open offices. Joining the two levels is a beautiful curved staircase. The interior design takes ques from the exterior, including brick interior walls instead of drywall and aluminum and glass doors instead of wood.

The building exterior includes brick, expansive sections of storefront glass and metal panel. Additionally the well-developed landscaping takes its cues from the Corner@Drake development, incorporating Wisconsin ledgestone.

AVB is proud to have completed this 6,082 square foot branch on time and under budget.
