Part ground up renovation, part new building, this project reinvigorated a 1970's development to a leading community in the student housing marketplace. Studio and one bedroom apartments, coupled with two to four bedroom town-homes are complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and state of the art amenities: all within walking distance of the WMU Campus. The project now includes a total of 377 units and 874 beds in total.
