Centre Street Tap House is a chain of the Millennium Restaurant Group. AVB has completed a variety of projects for Millennium Restaurant Group including Fieldstone Grill, The Epic Bistro, and the latest Centre Street Tap House.
This 4,100 SF project included a full service kitchen, banquet room with site-built bench and booth seating, and a full service pub bar, with bar seating.
The full interior build out of the Centre Street Tap House took place in the short span of 9 weeks, including on-site “design build” millwork, upper cabinets and all booth and bench seating. AVB had to closely coordinate with the owner to install all the owner-provided kitchen equipment, beer taps, etc. to ensure the build stayed on the tight schedule. The Tap House was completed mid-October 2013 as planned.
